We will accept any merchandise shipped within the previous 30 days for full credit providing the items have not been damaged, used, sized or set. Returned merchandise must be in the original shipping envelope and carry a copy of the invoice or number on which it was received. Packaging for returns, insurance or registering is your responsibility. We cannot be responsible for items returned in envelopes, crushed by post office handling equipment or items lost in shipment. Special order, cut stock or special assembly jobs are not returnable.

Orders are shipped C.O.D or credit card unless we have an approved credit application on file. Processing a credit application will take approximately seven working days. A service charge will be added to past due accounts. We reserve the right to change terms to C.O.D for those Net 30 accounts that violate their terms.
